Anyone Buy from jf1283 on eBay?

This guy seems to be selling an awful lot of 'unopened' proof & GSA sets.
Looks too good to be true, but a 100% Feedback Rating.

I have not bought from him. However, I do not see anything from his feedback, current listings, or completed listings that send up a red flag; other than he has not had a lot of selling experience yet.

I agree. I'm also leary when a seller doesn't take the time to post pictures. He has a few auctions with pictures-why not all of them, especially when your selling items that will have a potential high retail.

Sometimes we have to look at his feedback. Hmmmmmm, one of his unopened GSA boxes the buyer
says he got an 1892CC. Not possible as there were none in GSA slabs. Perhaps he's got a shill? or two?

I don't remember that the GSA coins came in the white boxes? They almost look identical in the design that the Mint uses to mail out their Mint Rolls .... but it's been many moons ago that I purchased one of these from the GSA.

That is an interesting observation. However, until he relists the item I probably would not be too concerned about the shill thing. Still, it is interesting.

That's what started this thread.

I bid & did not win an auction for one of his auctions for a 1951 Unopened Box Proof Set
Now I noticed he has another 1951 Unopened Box Proof Set!
In fact, besides the "GEM" rolls of SAE's, everything has either been an "Unopened" GSA or 1950-51-52 Proof set.

Either very, very lucky to have what seems to be an unlimited supply of unopened boxes, or something's up?
