It's pretty - No juice, but I was shooting under a pretty white light.

I think this is old Wayte Raymond album tone.
Personally, I like it and think it's NT.
Does PCGS put AT coins in Genuine holders now?
Too many positive BST transactions with too many members to list.
That Barber is similar in blue coloring.

Yes, they do
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

I see more of a residue pattern to the toning which makes me nervous.

I agree...
The coin had light circulation and then put up, the blue only toned the luster that was left around the devices...
I give it a AU58, NT and a looker...
Nothing like the TopLine coins, by the way that guy took the money and ran...

Like DenverDave said, the circulation may have stopped it from toning in those worn spots. Then the coin was probably put into an environment that accelerated the toning process. jmj3esq's Morgan is how the light blue should look.
