It appears to me that this is fraud, or at least an attempt to defraud an unsuspecting buyer. I'm no lawyer, but if he succeeds, I believe it's a criminal act.
This auction is getting down to its last 6 hours. Anyone going to place a bid with no intentions of paying? I tried to place a bid, but the seller has me blocked because of the last couple of emails I sent him.
<< <i>I'm goint to take this a step further. I contend that the OC qualifier is not obscured by the flash, but was intentionally editted to appear as though it was part of the flash. The flash would not change the color of the flip surrounding the reflection, but it would obscure it. Notice the change in color of the flip immediately surrounding the secondary "flash." I believe the seller intentionally Photoshopped or otherwise altered the image to make it appear as though it is part of the flash. It is a totally scummy way to do business and in my mind, there is ZERO chance that this was accidental. >>
I agree 100% and bid is now up to $8,100.
Since I honestly believe the seller is maliciously attempting to defraud, may he have feel excruciating pain every time he pees for at least a week.
So basically my kid won't be able to go to college, but at least I'll have a set where the three most expensive cards are of a player I despise ~ CDsNuts

Yet another stown sighting.
EDIT: Hi stown.
<< <i>$9,999 >>
Wow , just out of my price range.
Can't wait until it comes up again. I'll have to get somemore money together, if I plan on winning.
Any NEGs left too soon will be removed by EBAY.
