If it was my grading company I sure can tell you one thing. The front and the back would have to be 50/50 or it wouldn't even be condsidered for a GEM MINT 10. Gem Mint means perfect in every way. Case closed. PERFECT is PERFECT. There should be no subjectivity in that.

Finally a voice of reason! "GEM MINT" implies Perfection. This Grade is really nothing more than a Mint 9. !0's were made up to soak label buyers out of ridiculous money.
I agree with the above post about a gem mint 10 being perfect. If you have a Gem Mint 10 with 55/45 centering on the front and 75/25 on the back.......
is a 10 with 55/45 and 50/50 Gem Mintier?
or 50/50 all around Super Gem Mint 10?
or maybe bring out the Spinal Tap and give it "eleven"!!
The problem is, they have been over grading 9's for a quite a while and even though by thier standards, it probably is, some cards are so much better than the 9's you have to give it a 10 due to "eye appeal", which leads to questionable tens.
Bill did they give you a reason for being banned or was it Leon's whim? That thread wasn't nearly as confrontational as some of their PSA bashing or dealer threads.
