But still $200 max cashback per item. So, to maximize savings, $600 Buy It Now price gives you the biggest discount. Any purchase over $600 will be limited to the $200 maximum cashback. I believe we'll see a lot of $599 and $600 Buy it now coin packages!

"The Microsoft Live Search Cashback Program provides cashback for up to 12 qualifying purchases per account on www.ebay.com."
It started out with limit of 12 purchases per ebay account, was changed to 12 purchases per person, and has recently been changed back to 12 purchases per ebay account.

Just edited the original post on latest ebay limit of 12 purchases per ebay account. Ebay rules no longer limit it to 12 per person.
