1915-D Circulated Lincoln...What Would You Call It?

Had off today and decided to explore a new B&M around the homestead. A very decent place with a nice selection of circulated material although very few slabs.
I asked to look through the circulated Lincoln book 09 - 33 and was impressed by the dealers grading skills, overall quality of circ material and fair prices. I will be back.
Bought this 1915-D as I found it to be pretty clean and eye appealing circulated example? Do you agree?
I call it VF-35, what say you? (I'll reveal what the dealer graded it later)

<< <i>I would call it a very nice EF40 or 45 (for eye appeal). >>

Nice circulated example.

Guessing the dealer had her as a 45.
My icon IS my coin. It is a gem 1949 FBL Franklin.
Nice BN circ coin
<< <i>35/40 seems about right.
Nice BN circ coin
35/40 is exactly how it was labeled by the dealer.
It will fit very nicely in my 1909 through 1933 circulated collection.
To the gentleman that asked, I paid $9.50 for the 1915-D. Bought a couple other
circs and a copy of coin world for a grand total of $20. A good day in my book.
