This is a very strange looking coin. It has full rivulets, which is uncommon for the date. It appears to be a FH. It appears to be AU, as there seems to be wear on the eagle's breast feathers on the reverse and on the drapery on Miss Liberty's rt. upper thigh. Cleaned? Possibly.
This is THE type coin of the type II SLQ. Personally, enough of them are around so that I'd get one which is problem free.
