Beware of coin crooks on craigslist!
Guys, just saw a cragslist ad near my area. Look too good to be true. I send the person an email.
I said: "I can come and pick it up."
Person replies "I'm don't live in X city but my coins do" Whatever that means.
I said: "when can I pick up the coins"
Person emails back: "I will send them"
I email: "What kind of guarantee do I have that you won't take my money and run"
Person writes back: "Send half first, I will send the coins, then you send me the rest"
I write back: "How about we do a Collect on Delivery through USPS. Protects both of us"
Person writes back: "Send me $15 first"
What a scam! Watch out guys!
