Sacramento CA show, anyone going??

Hey I heard the Sacramento CA show is coming up, anyone here going to the show?? In general how large is it?

I think 65 tables seems right.

The flier I received yesterday said 45 tables and 200 coin cases (or something like that). It's a smallish show, but not tiny. Big enough to drop a few grand at each year.

Edited - my favorite dealer (Type Coins) will in fact be attending the show! woot-woot!

It's one of the best small shows in Northern California. I will not be there this time because I will be at CoinFest but if there was no schedule conflict I would definitely be there.

Thought about it. But with Santa Clara a week out, figured I'd wait. Metals just turned upward. If that continues, the dealers may pick up inventory from the public at the show and over the week until Santa Clara. Never know.

I should be there. My wife has another errand to run in Vacaville and we'll drive up there
together.

So y'all who will be at tables ... who are you? How will I know who you are when I see you?

I may have some Large Cents and some old Ireland coppers to sell. But mostly I'm a buyer.

There is suppoed to be a coin show in Reno this weakend (Nov 1-2,2008).
This kind of came out late i guess, did anyone else know about it ?

The reno show looks to be more of a western americana show. It may be hit and miss. I know Vams and More will be there but not sure how many coin only dealers will be at it. At the Lawlor events center I believe......

It's a new coin show that's being operated by Arri Jacob (currency dealer) and Dan Waterman. It's being marketed as primarily a coin show.

Since I will be attending the Denver show and the Hawaii State show this weekend I will not be in Reno this weekend.

I will be at CoinFest this weekend so I won't make it to the McIntosh show this time, but if you are in the area this weekend I would certainly recommend going.

I'm taking the day off just to attend. I'll be there at the opening bell. Only way to find the really good coins before they are all snatched away by my fellow collectors.
