  a MS 64-, many contact marks over the prime focal area, and at least from the picture, not good mint luster

  MS64... mainly due to the cheek abrasions... rather flat looking... some of both could be the photographic presentation... in hand, 65 may be possible. Cheers, RickO

  its a very typical GSA Dollar, id recommend keeping it in the holder than cracking it out, since many of us here do agree on the 63 or 64 grades.

  64 Silver Dollars always have some hits due to their size. That's a very clean one. I'd say high 63 obverse and a 65 reverse.

  IMHO, 63.

  I used to be somebody, now I'm just a coin collector.
  Recipient of the coveted "You Suck" award, April 2009 for cherrypicking a 1833 CBHD LM-5, and April 2022 for a 1835 LM-12, and again in Aug 2012 for picking off a 1952 FS-902.

  Yes, GSA dollars do carry a premium in their plastic, boxes and certificates. Not a lot at the present time but
  definitely a premium the way they are. Oh, and I'm in the 64 crowd.

  Judging from the picture-and keeping in mind that the picture is large so the chatter might not be as bad it appears-MS64.

  Gosh she took all those grazes you'd normally expect to see hanging out in the left field on her face. Left field looks very nice but I can see why some are giving her only a 63. I don't think a 64 would be too generous on her, though, given the way the TPGs grade for the market, these days. Final answer, I'll give her a 64. I like her.

  ms63, with a shot at ms64. Keep it in the original holder, as there is a premium for this. This date in the holder carries a smaller premium than other dates.
