Grade the GSA Dollar!

I have a GSA dollar. I have no idea what grade it might be..... you see where this is going.
Also, do the GSA dollars carry a premium at all?

I really don't see this grading at PCGS for
anything over MS63.
Nice CC dollar, but I don't get the 64's
and 65's.

It does have a ton of mint luster if that helps the fence sitters. I just suck at taking pictures.
Again - do these carry any sort of premium in the holder?

definitely a premium the way they are. Oh, and I'm in the 64 crowd.
