So this lady walks in the store today...........

She would have been in sooner but it took longer then expected to individually wrap all of her circulated silver coins, well at least she wrapped the bigger ones with "Saran Wrap" and clear tape.
The first thing I spotted was a 1921 Peace Dollar, looks like it was someone's pocket piece, then I spot one of the wrapped mercury dimes marked 1916 D..........it was an "S"
I spot checked the rest of the group, about 80.00 face and bought them, the only cool item I found was a 1944 D WLH with engraved initials....still had a lot of fun opening all the little packs.....

A fat lady clip clops into the stores and tries to see a 1916-D but it was a 1916-S.
When I was a kid, I did find a 1916-S that was worn just enough to make the mintmark look more like a "D" than an "S".
For a long time, I would re-inspect the mintmark occasionally - just in case it ever started to look even more like the "D". It never quite made the transition.
I knew it would happen.
