If I say that luster alone precludes 62 - 64 I suppose I should show a pic that more accurately captures the luster (guess I still have work to do on my pics, although my pic does better capture the detail on the buffs shoulder). PCGS graded this 65.

No, of all 38 years the T1 is most difficult to grade. I'd say 63 or most likely an NGC MS64. The strike lacks a 65.
