  A Half-Dime, and a Cent (other than between the dates 1942 and 1945), and produced before 1965, that was struck using a silver dime planchet.

  Your answer does work, but in this case, not the right answer.

  You didn't say silver metal or color. One is a three cent nickel (silver color) and the other one is three cent (silver metal).
  
  The way I heard the riddle was I have two coins that equal 30 cents--one is not a nickel (which would be the quarter) the other one is the nickel. I think the same riddle just mixed up.
