Dick Osburn, endless knowledge, no bs straight talk, short and to the point Rich Uhrich, endless knowledge, no bs straight talk, fun guy and fun to talk "coins" anytime Brad Karoleff, endless knowledge, no bs straight talk, always entertaining with some fanciful story that probably actually happened
I'd trust any one of those three with my entire collection with zero supervision.

I'm laughing about your comment about Brad. I have heard my fair share of these stories, and I think that you have accurately described what a conversation with him is like. However, I agree that he is completely trustworthy.
Coin collector since childhood and New York Numismatist at Heritage Auctions.
Larry Greenstone, Tom Hyland, and Steve Saris. All amazing people to work with, who have often said to me. "That isnt a good coin for your set", and it wasnt because of anything malicious.
All coins kept in bank vaults. PCGS Registries Box of 20 SeaEagleCoins: 11/14/54-4/5/12. Miss you Larry!
Warren Mills of Rare Coins of New Hampshire (RCNH) without a doubt or a moment's hesitation. Simply put, he is the best and most honest dealer in the business, IMHO.
Great thread, not just because I agree with many of the names folks presented but because it is sobering to reflect on the number of truly honest coin dealers there are out there. The goniffs are around and some even survive the years, but the rampant dishonesty isn't as bad as we joke. The bad guys do, however, make enough trouble though.
Mark Feld- I have never bought anything from him but from my conversations with him in PM's and emails over that last few years and the way he has conducted himself on the forums makes me trust him completely- hopefully over the winter I will be in the market for nice coins again and he will be the first one I look up.
I can't answer in the singular, as honest is honest and how can one be more honest than one who is honest. I respect the opinions of the following dealers and know that I will be dealt with openly and fairly in our transactions.
Not listed in any particular order:
Gold Rush Gallery - Al Adams Wayne Herndon Mark Feld Julian Leidman Doug Winter (never done business with Doug, but know and respect several collectors who have)

Dealt with him and is Trustworthy another yay for Mark Feld
I'd have included Todd Imhoff, however his role at Heritage isn't focused as much on sales as it is consignments and overseeing their larger clients needs. I have bought more of my beat coins with Todd involved in one form or another so he must get an honorable mention.
He's still the most helpful person I deal with but he doesn't really fill the bill of dealer. Katy Duncan is a PLEASURE to work with. Mike Printz has a reputation of being a very meticulous and caring dealer. I've bought one coin through him and unfortunately his seller was a total dick so I couldn't judge Mike but I know Mike takes great pride in fairness.

No...gold old SOB, Paul.
<< <i>Todd Imhoff, Mark Feld. Heck, probably any of the former or current Pinnacle people come to think of it.

Todd is the only guy I ever dealt with and he told it like it is for my most expensive coin I ever purchased.
