Not remotely "US patriotic". Oops. I am not doing to well tonight with post coordination.
But if you look closely, there is a nice oversized Texas commemorative.
And yeah, there is a 'constitution signing coin', but it came from the mexican mint.

That Deco eagle is so butch. Like the Peace dollar eagle on steroids. Defines a distinct period at the Mint.

I would guess somewhere in New York City. Part of the S.Liebmann's sign (the maker of Rheingold Beer) can be seen under the OUTING banner in the center. Liebmann's was a very large brewery at that time and located in Brooklyn.
