  Thanks for the honest opinions. Maybe if I point out the current spot price he'll budge. I expect he picked them up for less than $10 from some kids.

  Rarely are there bargains at pawn shops or antique shops... occasionally, but not often. Cheers, RickO

  That's true. They owner said they were all common dates, no arguement there, but I doubt he knows about VAMS. Most of tehm dont.

  For these pawn shop purchases, just remember, what you don't or won't buy, somebody else will and they know it!
