Those were struck for the centenial of the War of Northern Agression in 1961 from cancelled original dies. They apparently struck many of them. I would guess under $5.00, but cool never-the-less. Brasslow created the originals in the 19th century, so these are called Brasslow restrikes. I believe them to have been struck from bronze.
Made by Robert Bashlow in 1961. Worth about $30 .. but have seen some NGC certified examples sell on e-bay for as much as $100
Bashlow decided to strike a second run of CSA restrikes using the 1873 Lovett defaced dies. But these dies had been poorly stored and had been badly pitted from rust. It was decided to have August Frank Co. make a second set of dies using the “ transfer “ process to create a set of dies that is exactly the same as the original set in every detail.
In 1961 the minting of these restrikes began in Copper, Goldine and Silver plus several test strikes.
Both the original dies and the transfer dies were then taken to the Smithsonian where they are now preserved as part of our national heritage
If those are spots near the date (and not just in the picture), they'll hold back the value some. These come VERY nice -- MS-68 grades aren't exactly common, but they're not particularly noteworthy either.
Otherwise, I agree with AOEDAD -- about $30, give or take a smidge. Check eBay sales history for "Bashlow restrikes".

Don't know the value of one of these re-strikes.

John Ford sold these to Robert Bashlow in 1961 for $4,500.
Ford bought them from Michael Zeddies (who was a grandson of Virgil Brand) in 1954 for $65.
