1857 S $3 Gold question

I understand that thier are many counterfiet $3 gold coins and one should buy from a trusted dealer or
buy one certified.
This 1857 S is an NCS VF details Graffiti on reverse.
What would be a reasonable price for this one and is it worth buying or
better to find a "No Problem" example.
I am thinking closer to F than VF. What do you think?

1) Graffiti reverse
2) Uneven Wear on date
3)Heavily counterfeited & not certified
4) Color looks off
I wouldn't touch it .
But, stay away from problem coins - you automatically eliminate like 80% of the collecting public when you try to resell (unless the coin is exceptionally rare, which this is not).

Sounds like very good advice.
I need to get to more shows to see more coins.
Baystate show coming up soon, can't wait.

<< <i>That piece would be properly priced around $600. A problem free is probably closer to $1,000. >>
Good call.
It sold for $632.5 including BP.
