Especially when they're creative.

I've had coins packaged far worse than this, whats the strangest you've had?

Well the packaging was novel, and it appears as though they meant well, even if it was questionable.

Totally agree, it's acually pretty good for someone that may not know aobut coins....better than being taped with masking tape to a 3x5 card.

Not only an excellent packaging job, you can repurpose that box for something. Thumbs up to that seller!

image Take them out of the plastic wrap and enjoy some wonderful toned bars in a few months
  • I got some coins in an empty tampon box once image Unlike you....I couldn't find a good use for the box once I removed the coins....image
  • Neat tokens. Box was cool too.

I just use bubble mailers and cardboard and poly-foam. That box seems like a good idea. Nice protection for the coins.

I sent out a package once and I didn't have any packing peanuts

I filled the box with the clippings from my paper shreader

I wouldn't have wanted to open that one

This is how two dimes were packaged that arrived today. Heck with all of the staples I did not know where to start.

When I was a kid, my father mailed about 10 mercury dimes to me by taping them to cardboard.

Even at the time, I knew that was not the best way to send coins through the mail...

Nice idea with the silver bars in the box...
Always looking for attractive rim toned Morgan and Peace dollars in PCGS or (older) ANA/ANACS holders!
