I have tried several of the coupons posted here this year and I never have got one to work. The ebay part seems like it will accept it until paypal comes and tells me I can not use it.
I do not know why Ebay refuses to send one my direction

Your EMail address on file with EBay and Paypal must match... then and only then will it work.
Every time I click 'pay now' it automatically takes me to the login page with the email I use for ebay
Also, how do you gain reputation numbers for paypal?

I just tried it. It did not work. Unless you get a note in your Messages area on Ebay, it usually does not work.

Ebay may cut 1,500 jobs: Barron's

NEW YORK (Reuters) - U.S. online auctioneer eBay Inc (NasdaqGS:EBAY - News) may cut 1,500 jobs, according to an article in Barron's weekly, citing a report published last week by investment-research firm Wedge Partners.
The Wedge report, according to Barron's, said eBay's business was "deteriorating" and the company was readying layoffs that could affect 10 percent of its 15,000 employees.
Wedge Partners and eBay could not immediately be reached for comment.

Ebay is shot without SELLERS! All the buyers/ shoppers in the world
won't mean a thing if there are no sellers OR if all that is left selling
are Replicas and trash.
Whoever dreamed up all these stupid changes is a fool
but moreso the highers up that believed in them!
