  It's a dirty slab. Hard to see anything for sure through that grime. Hard to see a small spot on an image this small. Put your trust in the grading company.

  I dunno about spots but I think I see flyspecks on the tip of the sun ray near the gown.

  Can't tell about the shield, but it kinda looks to me like the field below the shield has a lot of milk spots when I enlarge it. I don't know if that's the slab or reflection, but the coin seems splotchy. Just my opinion, of course I could be wrong.

  Just below the shield there is something on the slab. I would be willing to bet the spots on the shield are a continuation of the splotch on the slab. Looks like the same thing above the E on the obverse as well.

  Modern junk is right, I need a 2002 in ICG slab, once I get my complete icg 70 ase set I am going to have Mr Chambers sell it for me. He's my bestest buddie.
