Will this 1908-s Barber 25c make it as an XF-40?

Based solely on the 'wear' and ignoring the dirt/stains, Is XF-40 in the cards?

Unfortunately, I think it misses being a 40, but many would love to have it

VF-30... sorry.. however, I do not think it could make 40... that being said, if you really feel strongly about it.. go for it.. just part of tuition.. And.... I could be, even maybe, wrong.... Cheers, RickO

VF35. It's hard to ignore the stains but I think it would get holdered if that's what you were looking for. That's a date I'm actively seeking for the set and solid VF/XF is tough. I'd say it's one of the second Big Three in mid-grades, along with the 97-s and 09-o.

It's a technical 40, but not a technical sticker. image

I don't think so, and even if it did, I wouldn't pay 40 money for it.
