    7, 7, 7.5, and 7.

FYI, beware. They absolutely were murder on my last round of 62's.

I will defer to Mike (Bosox1976), who is a true 1962 aficionado.

That Witt is worth a bundle if it is an 8. How is the bottom edge on #3? It's got the best corners, but the worst PD - but if that edge is true it should still make it. I just sent in a couple Mazeroski's that have a nice shot at 8's, but my Witt's weren't this nice.

Am not sure if the Mays can get a 7.5 with the fairly common smudge.

Beautiful cards - that Witt is a beast!

edit: Nick, you don't have to defer to anybody - you are one of the few who consistently grades '62 cards correctly!

I would add the 2nd Witt card should be an 8. Just not trusting PSA after what happened to mine. Will post an example later.

the 2nd witt looks tight to me... the edges look strong

The 2nd Witt seems to have a bunch of red ink spots in the dark background and one in his hair - PD?

Dang. Thought you had an 8 in that bunch. Resubmit until you get one. Worth the $$.

You have been had my friend......I purchased a 62 Drysdale all star card for 6 bucks raw on Ebay. I dont have alot of experience on 62,s so I had a friend look it over and send it in on a submission for me. I was "praying " for a 7. My friend even agreed that a 7 would be a generous grade. The card came back an 8. Every one of those Witts blows my card out of the water. I really think graders on NOT on the same page when it comes to the 62,s. It sucks that you will have to resubmit those to get the proper grade.

I agree.. I thought maybe 2 of them might grab an 8...
    maybe a 7.5 and an 8
to all be 7's?? I mean I know there is leeway within a grade
but some were nicer then others

    There was a visible difference between my Mazeroski's too - I though I'd get a 7, a 7.5, and an 8 (or better yet 7,8,8).

I got 7,7,7 - sound familiar? Just part of the game I guess.

If it makes you feel better - I'll give you twice SMR for the nicest of the Witt 7's image
