Without knowing the series is really hard to tell. That said this looks to have F-VF details (again....that is a shot in the dark my friend)
One thing I would like to add is that this is a very cool piece.
Some coins are just plain "Interesting"

I don't see any reason why it wouldn't grade... somewhere around Fine off center.

PCGS would call this F15 or VF20 I suspect. The reverse (i.e the date side) is actually pretty strong and nice for the type.
