More modern Toned crap :)

I picked this up a couple weeks ago from Peacoc*coinz, and I love it. I don't think I've ever seen an ASE tone like this, or any other coin for that matter. All the overlapping colors and lines, I think it's a BEAUT!! I showed it to a fellow coin collector today, and his thoughts (out loud), "What a piece of crap!!!". I just laughed.
Anyone know how a coin can tone in this manner, or have similar coins? And thanks again to Peacoc*coinz

Wouldn't be hard to do, in the right environment
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

Agreed.....not an end roller but wrapping it in paper would produce the toning with straight lines....as you can see on the ASE
<< <i>Some kind of crazy EOR-like toner. One of the most uniquely toned ASEs I've ever seen! Really nice pickup and I think that one went sort of cheap. >>
Yes, I was hoping the bids wouldn't go crazy on it. Happy they didn't
<< <i>could I "coin" the term

I'll have to use that term when I go to sell it, not anytime soon though
I am glad you like it though.
paper, was placed over it and the resulting pattern you see today.
i do not care for it.. and i am going to wonder now if peacoc made
this coin himself or bought it from someone who was playing around.
slabbed to boot. i hope you did not pay much for it.
