I have 22 postive feedbacks this month but my "Ebay score" went down, What happened?

  The percentage is calculated over the last 12 months, so maybe 13 months ago you had a lot of postives that fell out of the calculation.

  So if I had more than 22 feedbacks this month a year ago I would now drop?

  Not sure but, you've been doing well over the last 6 months, 97 postives.
  
  You still have 2 neutrals and 1 negative within 12 months but… keep up the good work and you’ll be at 100% positive soon!
  
  You might want to increase your chit-chat with buyers though, you’re only at 4 Stars for communication and that can lead to more neutrals or even negatives.

  The negs and neutrals count against you, it looks like October the three you have on there will fall out, and you will get back to 100% if you don't get any more in the meantime. Those were pretty weak, it looks like non-payers gave you neg/neutrals.
  
  But yes, if a year ago, you had say 100 positives, and this month had 22, as a percentage, those 100 positives will fall off, and the 22 will not counter those three bad marks as well as the 100 did, hence, your percentage will go down.
