Attaboy to a Coin Dealer

I'm slowly buying Prestige Proof sets. I should be done by 2018. Anyway I bought one from ROMACoin last week on eBay and it was a good old American decent transaction. I paid, they sent.
Anyway I saw the thread recently about the negative from the goofy buyer and I clicked through the link of the auction in question posted in the thread. While I was there I clicked on the profile and I'm not even sure at this point if I realized that I had done business with them just a few days before. I'm not a very attentive ebay buyer and don't save favorite sellers or anything like that. I just do a keyword search when I'm looking for something. Probably stupid and time consuming but that's how I do it.
Anyway while poking around in the ROMA store I found a widget, a First In Flight Commemorative (2003, I think) that I had always wanted and never gotten. And I'm a sucker for such items in original mint packaging. I truly don't get why you take a brand new coin from the mint and slab it. But hey, that's just me and has nothing to do with this.
So ....... I buy the commen and today I check my email and there's a "your payment has been refunded" email from paypal, and I'm thinking "Oh boy, here we go" as I have several things I've recently bought on ebay.
To my surprise it's a small refund for shipping from ROMACoins with an explanation that I get reduced shipping for repeat business and for serving the US of A.
Awesome. It's certainly not the amount of the refund as the shipping didn't amount to hardly anything anyway but it's nice to see somebody gives a hoot about an FPO address.
Sorry for the shameless plug. We all saw this negative thread this week about the PF 67 Mercury Dime but figured I'd throw my experience with them in.

New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.
