    I would leave it in the old holder in any case.

    If you were going to crack it and re-submit it, would you dip it first?

    The question is not would you dip it, but if you WERE GOING TO CRACK and RESUBMIT it would dipping it, give it a better chance?

    I think it has more collector value in the older green holder. Perhaps you can get a Gold CAC sticker and have the old holder and your upgrade too!
