  What does 'No Service / Refund' mean? A service was requested PCGS doesn't perform? So a refund is given?

  That was my order, I sent to wrong order to PCGS it was suppose to go to SEGS, I bet they got a laugh when they saw the invoice. Thanks God I will receive a refund.
