obverse above the ear looks funky, would lead me to think VF35/EF40 POLISHED.......

I don't think the coin is polished.
If it was polished, wouldn't the fields, cheek AND the area above the ear have the same polished 'look' to them.
In this case, the fields and cheek look highly reflective, yet the area above the ear looks quite dull (ie. unpolished).

Bad picture, will probably grade 63 or 64. Coin is not polished.

63. 1892-O is one of the pancake dates, although good strikes can be found. Are the vertical obverse scratches on the Air-tite or on the coin?

Very weak strike...fields look clean, but the strike is just bad. I'd say 63 tops, but more likely 61 or 62. Just doesn't have the eye appeal...
