I know the photos arn't the greatest, but would this go deep cam or cam? What about the spot? Do you think it could be rectified?

looks more like it's bordering on CAM, but I'm no expert on these....

i agree, wouldn't bother with conservation either, not a high value coin either way
the spot will probably not come out

It would go at LEAST CAM. I think that spot would dip off.

Those angled shots are tricky. I don't see any mirror, I'd say no.

Might change my mind if I saw a straight on shot though.
  • Cam, if you could get the spot off a nice Cam. Do you know if it's a Type 1 or 2?

This appears to be a Type 2 from the picture.

  • It is a type 2 for sure.

Looks at least cameo. The spot will hurt unless it dips off.

I agree with the cameo appearance. The spot looks a little too dark to completely remove. It's a type 2
Nice album coin if you're building a set, but I would not bother slabbing it.

Could be CAM.... poor picture to judge.... spot may dip off, but likely leave a mark. Cheers, RickO

It would be going in a 7070, as if just so happens to have an Anacs Photo Certificate with it. image

Look CAM, but I don't see DCAM in those images

Probably only cam from the photos at such an odd angle. Unless the spot will come off completely, not worth slabbing.
