Do you think PCGS will ever grade a MS 70 American Silver Eagle Pre 2006?

I hope i got the date right, but do any of you think there is a Million dollar one of a kind American silver eagle in MS 70 pre whatever the year the last earliest Ase 70 in mint state was graded by the monster PCGS.
I am sorry to say, I will be gone for 2 weeks and if my plane doesn't land I will be gone for ever, but here in spirt. so YAHA is on freakin vacation, Cane by my side and ready to bet some Greyhound races. Since the coin buying is slow nowadays maybe I can find a dog that has Coin, Gold, Silver or Idiot in his name so I can try to win some Moola.

Lastly don't try to break into my home, I have Viper protection, seriously, I have snakes all through my house and my nephew that is slightly trigger happy when he here's noises.
