Vote: What Grade do you think is most likely to upgrade?

There's no magic number that will always upgrade, but there are some grades that are more commonly undergraded than others. I'd like to hear from collectors who resubmit coins on a regular basis.

With the exception of maybe one, every 58 I have owned or seen had little or no shot at ms.
On the other hand, AU58 and MS64 are the hardest to upgrade. I believe that's because the next grade up in each case represents a new psychological level, i.e. AU to MS, and choice to gem.

How many low end MS slabbed coins have you seen with a faint trace of rub or wear?
