Light brown areas on 2006 ASE

I have a 2006 20th Anniv. Silver Eagle set graded 69 by PCGS. Question: the reverse side of two of the coins have: one has light brown discoloration the other has light brown spots.. not white spots, are the problems acceptable to PCGS within the 69 grade? I may submit them to PCGS for money back ane the return of the lower graded coins or correct the problem. Comments.....

I have several PCGS graded reverse proofs with brown spots and even more with white spots. I'm going to send them in soon image All of my unslabbed coins are just fine.

Sounds like someone dipped it and didn't properly rinse off the residue. Just one possible senerio among many. Opps....spots would most likely cause it to downgrade. Sounds 68 at best.
