  depends on where you have it stored; you can upload if its smaller than 50kb or host thru photobucket or imageshack

  you hit the browse and it browses your files...then upload
  
  then the easiest of all image posting to these forums as all you do is hit copy and paste directly into these boxes you type in
  
  that's all...no size bs or additional hitting this or that
  
  try the 2 for yourself to see but tiny pic walks all over photobucket
