It's one thing to state that you do not ship internationally. It is another to actually take the precautions to make sure no one outside the US bids on one of your coins. When you're listing your item there is an option near the end, a Buyer Requirements list (it's above the return policy portion). Click on the highlighted words "Add Buyer Requirements" and it pulls up a smaller screen where there is a checklist and one of them is "Are registered in countries to which I don't ship" and you have to check that.
Good luck with your situation.

I know people were getting on me a wee bit about using UPS in another thread but, this is where using a tracking system, like UPS has, comes in real handy.
I always ship with UPS (I have a UPS store where I work) and I always get a tracking number.
I’ve only had three times where someone stated they didn’t get the coins, once UPS lost the package and reimbursed (not the same as an insurance damages claim) the other time I would have been banged for a one ounce gold bar and the other time 5 MS Morgans.
Each time the UPS tracking worked and saved the day.
A few other times, a winning bidder wrote to tell me that it’s been over 5 days and they didn’t get the coins yet. A quick check online and I can rapidly ease their concerns and tell them, “your coins will be there tomorrow.”
I've shipped to Canada, Germany, and a few others, not often but maybe 10 times, and I can watch the package right to the person's door.
Ya i always get a tracking number for ever single thing i ship, Still no luck finding my paper work some things got lost when we moved or coin room to a bigger room Funny thoe how gold dropped & this guy seems to have not got his coin... just beware of that buyer is all im saying there is a few others that won ?& never paid or responded got to hate the ppl that bid & not pay... lol
If you used UPS World Ship, it has a search feature, you can search for the person by last name.... might help you out. You need to know the date though, it seems to be sorted by date then you can search the name.
