Anyone know where Lord M has been for the last month???

He last logged on May 8th....it seems very unusual for him to be gone that long. Did he get banned for exceeding the number of allowable holed coins or something??? image Anyone have contact with him outside of the forum?

    here's hoping he got to go to a full service, all inclusive 5 star outfit.

    My choice: Tulum, Quintana Roo, Mexico. However, I've only stayed in beach cabanas there.

    He was working 2nd or 3rd shift and popping on here while at work... he may have had a shift change image

    chatted with him on the phone recently....he's doing well just taking a break (we all need to do that from time to time)


    he said something about the company he works for changing their policy on internet usage (we used to exchange many 2am PMs....lol)

    I'm gonna take a sabatical / hiatus for about a month after the YN contest is 100% complete with all the prizes being distributed...

    Hey that's not a bad idea. Then if anyone is curious they can look at your last post and know exactly whey your not here. I might do that next time I take off for a week or so.

    You could try that, but most people are going to think you were bammed anyway. image

    You probably need a good break when you wrap up with the YN contest. Fantastic job on that by the way. image

    Perhaps Lord M ran out of dug items to post, and he needs to take a month to excavate a few 1792 half dimes? Or maybe he got a tip that there is a complete set of holed bust coins in some far off "holey land," including a holed 1804 dollar, and he has gone to investigate, Indiana Jones style? Just a few of the more interesting possibilities.

    LordM and I go way back.

    He graciously invited me to visit his home and I accepted. We had a wonderful time.

    I still have his wonderful type set that he put together ages ago in a huge white binder.

    It wouldn't surprise me if he went to Rome to find those last few Roman coins he needs to complete his set!
