Really, the 20 cent piece was my first thought too.
I've been watching a 75P over at Heritage, but can't
decide if it's too overdipped. I had the high bid for a while,
but someone out bid me - kinda glad !
The coin is way undervalue relative to mintage IMO.

    3c silver.

I'm surprised there's not a lot more talk about large cents.

I would say twenty cents or 2 cents.

Classic gold just for the coolness factor of talking about it.

I'll put my vote on the 2c piece. A really boring looking coin - almost more boring than the 3c Silver. image
  • I immediately thought 20 centers, hands down. Then, 3 cent silvers came up...man, could be a dead heat between them.
  • Never mind.....non moderns....please move along to the next post, thank you.

The $50 gold Pan Pac slugs.
  • Capped Bust Dimes hardly get any attention. All of their sisters get their time (CBHD, CBQ, CBH...) but not the dimes.

  • 20¢ comes to mind first, then both 3¢ and the 2¢.
Have bought and sold on BST, many references available when asked.

Although maybe not the least discussed...I'd like to see more discussions about colonial coins.

    I think it's the 2c.

New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.

I would have first said the two cent piece.... I have seen threads on the twenty cent piece and the three cent silver. Rarely.. and I say that simply because I cannot recall one, do I see the two cent piece discussed. Cheers, RickO
