    BB for cleaning.

This is a good one for ANACS
I used to be somebody, now I'm just a coin collector.
Recipient of the coveted "You Suck" award, April 2009 for cherrypicking a 1833 CBHD LM-5, and April 2022 for a 1835 LM-12, and again in Aug 2012 for picking off a 1952 FS-902.

Probably not, but since it is a rare date, who knows?

Definitely not if I was to submit it.

If the scratch on the obv is the issue that is what might keep it from grading then I will guess a 60% chance
    that it will get graded.

If the question is something about something else then no idea.

    ANACS might grade it
    or
    PCGS will BB the coin.

    Or you might try DGS.

ANACS or DGS will grade it but indicate the cleaning and possibly the rim roughness on the label, assuming that doesn't have an added mintmark. Or you can send it to PCGS and get a genuine PCGS body bag for your fees and effort.

I would say BB for cleaning but stranger things have happened. Now if it was an 1804 Silver dollar at another tpg it would and might go as high as AU50image.

No.... IMO.... however, that is an opinion, as is the grade from a TPG... mine was free. Cheers, RickO
