Ka ching.............is this a new one...or already included in the pops?
Box of 20
<< <i>Why are the pgcs numbers not in order with some missing in sequence. Maybe the submitter asked for a minumum of 70? >>
If you look at the link of the full submission the coins are organized by grade and variety.
Some of the coins in between the 70's were either 69's with the variety or without it.
Box of 20
On the other hand, it adds to the overall total of how many are out there.

It was a bulk order, some of the coins inbetween were rev of 08's, he did not send them in for the designation.

Edit: Didn't realize you had cut out the 69s. My guess is it was a nicely screened batch to get so many 70s. --Jerry
That'd be enough to get a picnic basket at Sam's Club.

<< <i>What is more important is how the buyers are going to feel when the prices start to spiral downward. And that is of course what will happen soon. Even with being careful and only selling one at a time, it will still happen. Just look at the responses to this thread. Many, many coins are still in for grading and it looks like lots of them will be the elusive ms70. Im glad im not the poor sucker who bought the first few of these very common coins. >>
EZZACKLY........
Everything was common at one time. A 93S Morgan was common in 1893, a 1916D Merc was common in 1916.
Why so gloomy? Spiral down, I'd like to think they will perform like the 95W. I believe the last PR70 sold for 30k?
I may be off, but I know it was silly money.
Wish I had bought more @ $26.

Hmmmm...excluding the 17 "first few' I bought from the Mint at $25.95 I think I did OK with my early purchases of $129 69's and $249 70's. I guess I'm just a sucker at heart

Don't know what he's thinking but I'm thinking these things aren't rare even in el perfecto condition.
