What's something you haven't done with your coin collection or in numismatics, or are you guilty of it all?
I'm talking about:
never cracking out a coin from plastic
never dipping a coin
never accidentally (or intentionally) scratching or damaging a coin (I don't know why you would do this, but whatever)
never AT-ed and coin
never written a numismatic article for publication
never given a numismatic talk to a club or show
etc.......
(This doesn't necessarily have to be a post about: "I've never spent 6 figures on a coin before", but if you post it then that's fine; I haven't!!!)
For me:
I've never dipped a coin
I don't think I've damaged a coin, in my collection (I have mutilated pocket change before)
I've never AT-ed a coin (with intention)
I've never been able to entirely clean up my mess of numismatic articles (I keep saying "someday soon", but we all know how long that takes, FOREVER!)
I''ve only reached 3 digits for coin purchases and sometimes I cringe when I spend that much.
(Probably a lot more, but I want to from you all now)

Never completed a set of anything significant (unless you consider circ wheat cents or Jeffs from 1941 to date significant).
Never belonged to a local coin club.
Never passed off major crud or mistakes on other collectors.
Never ceased to be amazed that I can still buy dogs even today.
But I have published articles on my research, and dipped, cracked out, scrubbed, polished, and used erasers on various coins in my career. Don't be alarmed as the eraser stopped being a tool back when I was 16 or so...about the same time the silver polish ended. Also placed one coin in tissue paper on the window sill for 3 years! (lol - yeah....AT baby!)
