Looks PL to me- the grading services are much stricter than I am, though. Either way it's a nice looking Morgan. There are some Morgan guys on here that can give a much more informed opinion than I can.

Going to be real tough to get 1879-S through 1881-S Morgans in PL holders as almost all of them come Semi-PL so they have to be extra special to get the designation. Still looks like a great group of coins!
Very Nice. The 1881-S Morgans are known for their strong strike and cartwheeling luster. Are any of them toned?

Need the following OBW rolls to complete my 46-64 Roosevelt roll set: 1947-P & D; 1948-D; 1949-P & S; 1950-D & S; and 1952-S. Any help locating any of these OBW rolls would be gratefully appreciated!
All the high points face & letters/ date on front & also back letter & eagle all have a nice frosty look to them hard to catch the true color of the coins with my cam.
Seems that I read some time ago that you place the coin on edge on a ruler & how far you could the numbers down the ruler in the coin's reflection determined the PL or DPL of the piece. Is this correct?

John

I knew it would happen.
Bottom right one in the top picture.
The 81 in the last pic looks like it might get a pretty high grade.
