1941-D Mercury grade opinions please

What do you say.
Scratches are on holder and red spot on the obverse is on holder as well.
Full bands?

I like how the bands are not only split but a bit rounded as well. I also like how the coin appears to be clearly original. The only thing that I think is easily improved is the peripheral strike (staTES OF).

It seems to me that peripheral strike is in general overlooked on Mercs, in spite of and perhaps because of the FB designations.

64FB, the strike on the obverse isn't the greatest. Overall nice look to it though

63FB because of the lack of flash and the stuff on her neck. The middle band is weak on the very left but usually the TPG's overlook this on a late date. If it was a early date coin the FB could be iffy.
