What would be a fair offer for a ....
an unopened bank roll of 62 cents. He's family so I want to give him a fair price, but I just don't collect these and have not a clue. TIA. jws

There are countless unopened rolls out there. The coins inside usually don't look too nice either--1962 cents usually coome with some pretty bad copper-milk spots.
BUT, if he has a lot of rolls, just the $2 per roll is enough.

Is there some reason you truncated the title of your post, rather than mentioning "fair offer for a ROLL OF '62 CENTS?"
