  $1000 - $1200. Lowest mintage of all the MS non W ASE's. These have increased quite a bit in value in the past few years. ebay prices
  
  I remember in 05 Teletrade had an NGC MS 70 that went for $300 that I missed bidding on. Those were the days.

  They may be all 68+ but without certification people will assume 65 general bullion. Because they are 1996 there is still a significant premium. Not sure what it's at now that silver has doubled in price.

  click on this link for all the 96 rolls available on ebay right now...should give you an idea. Rolls generally fetch more dinares than if you sold the coins individually.ebay current auctions for 96 ASE rolls

  Probably ~$1000+ I would say.
  Individually, they are likely to go for $50-$60 if they are not milkspotted nor heavily marked up.
  Maybe a tad more.
  
  Most people buying a roll of them would probably expect a little bit of a discount from what someone would pay for 20 of them individually.

  I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

  I looked at an accumulation about two weeks ago, and among the 68 rolls of eagles this guy had, 7 were 1996!!
  
  Not to mention 3 sets of the 1995 Gold set with the W silver eagle among tons of other sh!t
  
  He was getting a few offers since it was upwards of 100K, but he still hasnt decided to sell, he is watching the PM prices to see when to pull the trigger
