I returned my Proof Bald Eagle dollar whioch they got on 2/10.
I called today and they are replacing the coin and will have an update for me on the site in about a week. They are behind on orders due to the twisters. I also let them know that while I was happy with the update, I would like to see some sort of update on my tracking feature on the mint web site. I would call them.
I see one of my retruns received by the Mint on Feb 11th is now showing "returned" on the website under tracking. I called over the weekend and got the "we don't know" answer so nothing I did made a difference. Good luck.
they won't notify you that they received it until they process the claim (process the refund), usually 20 days after they get it back in the mail. You could call them and ask them what the status is, or check your delivery confirmation number to show it was received. If they did receive it, ask to talk to someone in claims, they can release your refund over the phone which will get your $$ back sooner.
I checked on the order status and at least they got them. In the past I have always received email notification that they have been received followed by a credit to my CC, followed by a re-debit for the replacement/s.

Its generally been a bit faster than the 12 days, but now I see that they have recharged my CC for the replacements WITHOUT issuing credit for the returned items.
