Mint Returns??

Anyone have any contact with the mint about returns since the tornado and when they expect to start processing them?

It normally takes atleast a week, which was last Thursday. If nothing happens by next Monday, I'll give them a call.

I returned my Proof Bald Eagle dollar whioch they got on 2/10.
I called today and they are replacing the coin and will have an update for me on the site in about a week. They are behind on orders due to the twisters. I also let them know that while I was happy with the update, I would like to see some sort of update on my tracking feature on the mint web site. I would call them.
I called over the weekend and got the "we don't know" answer so nothing I did made a difference.

Same here, 12 days. Right on schedule.
WOOO HOOO thats 18 days even with the twisters.....so far so good.

Its generally been a bit faster than the 12 days, but now I see that they have recharged my CC for the replacements WITHOUT issuing credit for the returned items.
