Forget the slab and the condition of the coin, what date do you see?

Wow.... a very rare error slab
I used to be somebody, now I'm just a coin collector.
Recipient of the coveted "You Suck" award, April 2009 for cherrypicking a 1833 CBHD LM-5, and April 2022 for a 1835 LM-12, and again in Aug 2012 for picking off a 1952 FS-902.

189[not3]-S (could be 92 or 98).

Dipped out XF-45 whatever the date is.

guys, the light is playing tricks on your eyes.
i have seen this before where a 3 looks like a 2.
the more plausible explanation is a label mistake switching S for CC.
the date, imho, is 1893. it is the mint mark that is a mistake on the label.

It's a 3 or an 8. Not a 2.
It's an S-mint.
