  Without the reverse you only get half an answer from me, Ill say the obverse is a 64. The reverse????? Is it stickered???

  left leg has slight wear to my eyes. 58. PQ 58.
  
  but i can see it being "ranked" a 63 due to the luster and no big
  price jump.
