Shouldn't have stopped at the coin shop...

Stopped by the coin shop to get some supplies and a few 1935 coins for a birth set for my father.
Well I did find a nice 35 walker that I needed. I already have the dollar and quarter. Couldn't find a merc of buffalo or the cent.
But I have time his birthday isn't till may.

The bad news is I picked up a nice walker(42)that I've been wanting and a CBH that I've been wanting though I don't really need/want them now. Oh well...too late now. Here's the picks.
What do you guys think the CBH grades?

I like the CBH at VF-20, but I don't think it would slab if that's a large scatch on the reverse.

Details on the CBH are at least VF-25.
Why are the staples different from obverse to reverse? Did you re-holder between pictures?

Good eyes. I was going to put it into a whitman holder but I forgot the busts are larger than todays halves. So I put it back into the dollar holder that it came in. I viewed the obverse pic and not the reverse then posted them and realized the reverse was too blurry so I retook the reverse after I tried to reholder it.
